Claire Dalton Chartered Member of IOSH

Business Owner and Training Manager

(That’s Claire on the right!)
Claire Dalton set up the company in 2006, following a 12 year career as Cabin Crew / Base trainer with Thomson Airways (formerly Britannia Airways), gaining hands on experience in administering First Aid, along with training of new and existing Cabin Crew. She became a member of IOSH in 2012 after gaining the NEBOSH General Certificate. Claire has recently achieved chartered status as a Health and Safety professional, as a Chartered Member of IOSH. (Institute of Occupational Health and Safety). The status is awarded to its members as recognition of their knowledge, qualifications and experience in the world of Occupational Health and Safety practice. Claire is extremely proud to have achieved this just 4 years after completing the foundation level NEBOSH General Certificate, and would like to acknowledge and thank all of Live for Work’s regular clients in helping her to achieve this status; without them none of this would have been possible.

Michelle Hillier

Michelle Hillier

Trainer

Michelle started her career as a dental nurse, however after 16 years she needed a change, so decided to retrain as a First Aid trainer... since qualifying she has also added Moving and Handling (of people), Equality and Diversity, Infection Control and Fire Marshal training to her skill set. She is kept busy when not training by running around after her three children, and volunteering as a manager with an under 10’s rugby team. When she has time to relax (!) she loves to visit her caravan in Anglesey to connect with nature (although she is still running around after the children).

He is also a qualified counsellor specialising in NLP and Goal Mapping.
